Jonathan Whonnock is Namgis First Nations from Alert Bay. His grandfather, Gideon Whonnock came from Prince Rupert and his grandmother was Edith Nelson from Quatsino. Jonathan has worked as an alcohol and drug counselor for more than 3 decades.
